Last updated: 15th July 2025

Please read these terms carefully before booking a service with Pop Up Bartender. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Pop Up Bartender is based in Thailand and operates under Thai commercial law.

Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our website, by email, or via direct contact. Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm availability and provide a quote based on your needs.

Custom Pricing

Every event and training session is unique. Prices vary depending on the number of guests, location, type of service, duration, and any additional requests. A full quote will be sent after discussing the details.

Deposit & Payment

To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment can be made via Thai bank transfer, international transfer, or other accepted payment methods (details provided during booking).

Invoices are available upon request.

Cancellations & Postponements

More than 14 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable, but any remaining payment (if made) will be refunded.

Less than 14 days before the event: We reserve the right to retain the full amount or charge a cancellation fee, depending on costs already incurred.

Postponements: If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date, depending on availability. The deposit can be transferred once.

Working Conditions

You are responsible for providing a safe and suitable working environment (including power, shade, or cover if outdoors).

If alcohol is being served, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and age restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse service or end service early in cases of unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.

Equipment & Damages

Any damage to our equipment caused by guests may result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacement.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions, health emergencies, etc.).

Insurance & Liability

We carry liability coverage for our services in Thailand. However, we recommend that event organizers also ensure proper coverage for their venue and attendees.
