Our Story
Pop Up Bartender was founded by Danny Yuttasak Wongprom. He is a hospitality veteran with over 30 years of experience working in hotels, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. His career spans Europe, Scandinavia, and Asia. Speaks Thai, English, and Swedish.
Danny is also the Education Director at EBS (bartender school) in Phuket.
He joined EBS in 2013 and has served as instructor, head instructor, and now Director of Education.
Since 2000, Danny has trained thousands of bartenders in Sweden, Cyprus, Thailand, and Kos. He combines real-world bar experience with structured, high-impact training that delivers results.
Danny has also made his mark in the competition world:
🥇 Swedish Champion in Flair Bartending (2000)
🌍 Ranked 10th in the World at the Singapore World Finals the same year
🥈 1st Runner-up in the Swedish Championship in Classic Bartending (2014)
🏆 And several other notable titles in both flair and classic categories
His career reflects the values of Pop Up Bartender: high standards, serious skills, passion, and a love for sharing knowledge.
